Service and friendly staff . But dirty ( not dirt) but floors shelves ECT. Very dirty :(
The installers broke our counter, we paid for the whole thing and then a year later get a bill for additional amounts from a COLLECTION AGENCY rather than from Home Depot. They are now saying we owe $221? They claim they were emailing us-at an email address we haven't had in 10 years!!! We are trying to resolve this as we will pay what we owe, but cannot get a straight answer about what this balance is for and if it is for additional counter top square footage, we would like it remeasured as we didn't have any increase in sq... read more
Excellent Service!! Ordered online & the fabulous ladies @ Customer Service had my order ready to go when I arrived!!
I will never order anything from here again. Today is the third day our kitchen suite delivery was a no show. My wife and I have each taken a vacation day to be here when our kitchen suite was to arrive and lost a Saturday as well. I’m absolutely done. Nobody takes any responsibility. The associate we’ve been in contact with is great, and hope a competitor scoops him Up so he doesn’t have to make excuses for this company any more.
I had an excellent experience at the Whitehall Home Depot today. Customer service rep knew where my order was, there was no waiting for my online order at all. I was asked by not one but two associates if I needed any assistance.
Never never never shopping in this store again. Service is absolutely terrible. I had someone who was supposed to be mixing something for me in the paint department step away for a minute. After waiting for almost 10 minutes I see the clerk who supposed to be helping me up on a set of rolling steps helping another customer. Where was my paint?
