They have the worst customer service ever. Misleading ads.Very rude employees. Especially their supervisor Jason who does not want to help customers and he would not even go check on the item because he feels he does it doesn't need to do more work then he has too. the cashiers only make it worse atmosphere. What A great one star you got from me.
We purchased 248 feet of vinyl primrose fence and installation for $10,000 and less than two years later the gates will not close, the fence looks terrible. I would not recommend a fence purchase from Home Depot. I would like someone from Home Depot to contact me about replacing the gate and putting the post in better and realigning the fence. I am so tired of the poor level of service I have consistently received from the store. I had new custom doors installed last June and had the new lock serviced in October. Not it's March and the lock needs to get fixed, again. So, I called Home Depot only to instructed to call JELD-WEN myself to address the problem. I called them only discover, I was provided the main customer service number and that I should have called the "warranty" department. Terrible, no, non-existent salespeople. Waited for over 35 mins, a "ghost town". Was going to carpet my entire house. No help just sympathy from a Manager. Going to a small local business.
Ordered our bedroom carpet on 8-8-14 and was told we would get a call back in 2 weeks with an installation date which never happened - after placing numerous calls and them blaming the flooding in the area the finally installed the carpet 9-18-14! We then realized after waiting 1 1/2 months that they installed a lower quality carpet which was the wrong color also - after going back & forth they agreed to waive a portion of the bill & came out again on 10-2 to rip out & replace the correct carpet - received my bill today & su... read more
