purchased a dryer 2 weeks ago, was supposed to be delivered Saturday may 11th after a delivery confirmation call and 4 hour window for delivery. wait all morning to find out dryer was not even in stock.round #2 , recieve call that dryer is un stock and will now be delivered Tuesday may14th . call at 10 am to confirm dryer is on truck and being delivered between 930 am and 130 PM and was told it was on the truck and we were delivery # 8 on the route. 1:45 PM recieve call that dryer was never on truck and had not even hit the ... read more
Home Depot Corporate ought to call this store. Welcome to the circle jerk answering service. Phone rings, select the department you want, rings again... pick up, hang up. Call back, select the department you want, rings again, picks up... not the department I wanted, the operator who says she'll transfer me to the department that I wanted... phone rings... on and on and on it goes... expect to waste at least 30 minutes of your day for any phone call to this store.
Total garbage that Home Depot is going to so many self checkout and employing less cashiers....good thing for Lowes or Menard’s

Bought a nest thermostat in store. Paid $249, only to discover they are running a promotion online for it. Headed in to only be told that I should uninstall the product, return it and then order it from online. Why not just match your online store? I don’t understand why a company would not do that. I think just about every other store does it, including their competitors across the street.
The worst. I bought a grill a week ago for the holiday. They told me they'd assemble it for free and that it would be ready in time. I even called a few days ago to confirm and the associate was dismissive. It's the 4th of July and no grill. �
Don't even bother with this store. Placed a lumber order, was told it would be delivered Friday, it didn't show up. Called, said it would come Saturday but couldn't give us a smaller window of time than 9am-8pm. Waited until 8pm and nothing. Called again now and I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting until I hung up and called back. The supervisor was unable to talk and needs to call us back.
