Trip one - 40 minute wait while staff member looked for stock she never found. Trip two - 50 minutes in and I've talked to an employee that told me I'd be better to shop elsewhere, a service rep that told me she couldn't send me help, but I could request it myself by going to service counter, a stock person that kept bringing the wrong item, Ben (the cowardly manager) who never faces a customer but hides behind the phone the rep hands you and Lynette, the only employee who seems to give a damn. They sold me old paint that cloged my sprayer. After talking with 3 associates left store with no paint and no refund. Was not helpful or knowable of the products they sale.
The Indian/Pakistani dude in the plumbing section today around 2:00pm tried to tell me to skip installing a safety valve on a gas line and that the fitting I want doesn't exist. Funny that I was just able to order it from Amazon.
Goo there almost once a week, excellent service, fair prices, great choice of merchandise.
I took my kids to their kid craft workshop this morning (10/3/15) and I was very surprised to see it was set up outside. It's 48 degrees out. The kids did not enjoy it, they were so cold and we were bundled up too. Who ever made that call should have checked the weather first!
