I've shopped here for the 8 years that I've lived in Madison Heights, and today was my last time in the store. Plenty of employees in the store, however 4 times I asked for help finding an item and 4 times I was either brushed off or given the wrong info. The employees were more interested in socializing rather than helping me, and when I politely interrupted two employees discussing the snow storm I was given a look as if to say "how dare you".
