I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot with attempted delivery on Saturday, September 16. Product was refused, because it was damaged when removed from shipping container. Refused acceptance, called was not received within 24 hours for re delivery. Called (855) 681 6917 and delivery is scheduled for September 27. This is really very poor customer service on the part of Samsung and home Depot. I am expecting compensation for your very poor customer service and inattentive to detail.

Beware! They've tried to sell me an used product like a new one, the product was in a terrible condition and then I had to return it, and the worst part is they've doubted that the product was in such a worst state when I bought it! I will never buy anything from this place again!
