I asked for help in the hardware section & waited 20 minutes & no one showed up. I had to ask for a manager and he didn't even offer to help. All he did was apologize. I wasted all this time and was going to make a large purchase for a renovation. Guess, I'll go to Lowe's.
They real good about selling you a warranty but suck when it comes to following through with replacement. The wheelbarrows feel like you are using a toy cheap product.
Great store but lazy workers helping outside. I was loading my materials and 3 guys just talking around. .. no help. I took a picture of them. .. they were very happy. .
We have a great time almost every month building wood projects, and the folks are always very friendly and helpful.

they say we give 10% off for veteran, THAT A LIE!!! Only disable soldiers,who are dealing with there own problems, getting well and are not out doing home depot projects, most are very disable and need money ,they need help,benefits. HOME DEPOT cut the crap. If you want to give 10% to all vets (as you make it sound) that would be good, don't lie like that is what your doing now. HOME DEPOT IS A BIG LIER!!!!!!!!!!!!
