They real good about selling you a warranty but suck when it comes to following through with replacement. The wheelbarrows feel like you are using a toy cheap product.
I will not be going back to Home Depot st all. Customer service is non-existent. I ordered windows and doors and was told it would be in in _2 weeks. When I showed up on the 3rd week I was told still not in. I had to ask for a manager who went to check on my order. After an hour of waiting for him to come back I had him paged. Suddenly about 15 minutes later he appears with my order. What happen end to " not in yet". Unfortunately I had to return one of the items the next day and they charge me a $60 restocking fee!
