such a lousy service. You sent the wrong order, you don't know what happened and you want me to go to the store again to pick up my order. You messed it up, and instead of offering free delivery to make it up, you want me to spend more time and money.
this is the 2nd time I place an online order and I am very unhappy with the service. I will rather travel further and pay more at Lowe's
We went in to get some paint. One color. and the sales clerk at the paint dept named Victoria wasnt rude but seriously not helpful. We showed her a color we wanted from the HOME DEPOT WEBSITE and couldnt find it on the wall of colors. She verbatim said "UHM, YOU NEED TO PICK THE COLOR I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU", me and husband were shocked. I understand curbside services is new to you but have you never seen it done before? order from Walmart or Target to see how it's done. Having everyone wait in a line to check in completely defeats the purpose. How about have 2 associates go up to the car waiting in the pickup spots, get order #, radio it to a runner who brings it to the vehicle. it's not that hard.
Great place love the employees!!! Always find what I need!!
