RecommendedI understand curbside services is new to you but have you never seen it done before? order from Walmart or Target to see how it's done. Having everyone wait in a line to check in completely defeats the purpose. How about have 2 associates go up to the car waiting in the pickup spots, get order #, radio it to a runner who brings it to the vehicle. it's not that hard.

I recently went to this store and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Got a great deal on a new Drill/Impact combo!! I understand some people get impatient when waiting for an associate. Best thing to do is go later before closing and/or look everything up online before you go. The website even tells you what isle and bay the products are in and how many in stock.
Went to Home Depot off of Rojas today in El Paso Texas very sad to see two elderly men trying to load a truck not a soul lifted a finger except for my husband and my mother mind you this is a store full of men hard-working men knowledgeable men that should be more than able and capable of lending a helping hand disappointed in all of the Home Depot staff! went to purchase tile for my bathroom. there was 4 to 5 employees on that isle. not one asked me if I needed help. I had to cut ties on the pallet of tile that I needed and load them by myself. two of the guys just sat and watched me while they zoned the small tile. I would think David bernal would be a little upset. come on home depot, what happened to customer service?
I love going to the kid builds in Rojas rather than on Montwood. The staff at Rojas are so friendly and helpful ♡

I've been on the phone for exactly one hour and 24 minutes (and counting) trying to get warranty information on a fridge we purchased. This is outrageous. I would never consider purchasing any appliance from Home Depot.
