Torrey is the worst location; staff is slow to stop with the exception of a few.
It's always hard to find friendly staff that will and can assist you. The items they have online are sometimes cheaper in the store however, when you get to the store may not have the product.
Ciera was nice and had great sales skills and said they pull orders like they would pull for themselves, either they are not picky or don’t know what they are doing, however, ordered 20 80lbs sacks of concrete - 0 delivered (job delayed), 43 16’ deck boards, 12 were bad-really bad, like who the hell would pull this crap and send it to a customer bad, 2 of 8 16’ 2x4 were dog legged, 2 of 9 16’ 2x6 are season warped you wouldn’t be able to get them straight with nails, 2 of the 8 8’ 4x4 got chunks taken out of them (going in g... read more
