Haque, one of your employees, provided EXCELLENT customer service. He helped me find everything I needed, checked me out and then also loaded my car. He knew I was getting to families who were slammed by Hurricane Harvey - and he was incredibly helpful.

Ciera was nice and had great sales skills and said they pull orders like they would pull for themselves, either they are not picky or don’t know what they are doing, however, ordered 20 80lbs sacks of concrete - 0 delivered (job delayed), 43 16’ deck boards, 12 were bad-really bad, like who the hell would pull this crap and send it to a customer bad, 2 of 8 16’ 2x4 were dog legged, 2 of 9 16’ 2x6 are season warped you wouldn’t be able to get them straight with nails, 2 of the 8 8’ 4x4 got chunks taken out of them (going in g... read more
