Worst Home Depot location.
Today I was picking up a ‘ship to store’ order at the Hillcroft Home Depot. I had ordered 4 blinds for my house and received an e-mail stating my order was ready for pick up. I arrived at about 6:30 pm and waited in line. By 6:45 pm I had learned that only half of my order could be located. A little annoyed that my full order could not be located I thought I would at least take care of getting the 2 blinds that were present and headed to the back of the store to get them cut ... Haque, one of your employees, provided EXCELLENT customer service. He helped me find everything I needed, checked me out and then also loaded my car. He knew I was getting to families who were slammed by Hurricane Harvey - and he was incredibly helpful.
Spend quite a bit of time here . Most people are very friendly.
Kids Craft workshop was excellent. The Female Employees Were Superb With an unexpected large amount of kids. The store manager greeted us very warmly. Will revisit the store next month with my Girl Scouts troop again.
Arron, Joe, and the people in the tool rental/repair are wonderful and kind. They didn't rush me, they took their time with me and explained to what I needed to do. I will forever be thankful for them. They have really been a blessing to me.
Very disappointed in Home Depot. I went to the Torrey Chase location looking for a Ryobi stick vacuum. They have no idea where it would be located and what their stock is in their location. One person yesterday told me they had four coming in on the truck on 12/26/2017. Supposedly online they have three in stock, but they just called to let me know that my online order can not be filled because they don't have them in stock.
