This place is ridiculous. I am now sitting on the floor at the return counter because we have been waiting for a resolution for over 30 mins. Apparently the managers are in a meeting/ new hire, and WILL NOT come to the front to get the register error fixed. This is absolutely unacceptable and not service at all. Seriously what leader Refises when being paged to assist a guest. Do not ever visit this Home Depot. Awful!

If you know a Ted that works at Home Depot on 1960 and Eldridge can you just give him a great big hug for me?! He offered to help me with my big stack of heavy bags and then as he was putting them in the back of my van he saw my 4 yr old perched on the back seat watching so he said “young man get out of the van I need you out here! I need someone strong who can help me!” My son was so proud to be able to help and I was so Grateful for this kind man going out of his way to make a child’s day �
Ms. KT helped us with our appliances. She was very good. Very nice. Polite. Quick. Knew what to ask.
