If you are vigilant in keeping your store sanitized by providing sanitizing spray or wipes in your self checkouts then yes I'll recommend your store. But from visiting 2 of your stores nobody is sanitizing the price scanner in between customers and when your employee was asked about it she said that the terminal is cleaned once a day. I'm a nurse and I see what COVID does up close. Prevention and sanitation is the key. Please don't let your stores be a factor of COVID transmission.
Purchased a grill and they promised a deliver date and after missing this date they promised the next day deliver. Once the missed this delivery date I called customer service to only receive phone numbers for me to call and find out when it will be delivered. After stating to them they are customer service not me they refused to do anything further , promised the manager will call me in 15 mins but never did. We shop this Home Depot all the time but yesterday my husband went to buy a dead bolt lock and wanted to have it rekeyed to match our existing key. When he asked to have it done he was told by the lady she was too busy doing inventory to come back tomorrow. Mind you our front door was open with no lock and when he told her this she repeated that she didn't have time. Needless to say he went to Ace and had it done within 5 minutes. Very disappointed in the treatment.
Our home flooded in April 2016, so as you can imagine, I had hundreds of transactions over the next 9 months. With all of those purchases, you will of course have several returns. I went in to return an unused/extra light switch and was treated like a criminal because of how many returns I've had. They would not return this $54 light switch. Is it really necessary to treat someone like they're just not quite smart enough to understand? I had the correct item. Just wanted clarification. Eye contact, a smile and less dismissive attitude would be appreciated.
