DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT! I have had the worst experience in my life with Home Depot. Back in Thanksgiving I went to Home Depot to buy a new refrigerator and when they delivered it they damaged my walls and floors. On top of that I was not happy with the refrigerator since it was making too much noise. Why is it taking 20 days to credit my account for an appliance never delivered? I phoned, I visited in person, & I continue to wait. Ugh!
I arrived at 8pm last night to add a purchase to an existing order. No one was in the Mill Works Dept. Apparently they left at 6pm and there was no one else who could assist me. The staff at the Service Desk couldn't assist because I didn't know the SKU#. Which I shouldn't have to know since I am not an employee. I asked for a Manager and after 15 min of waiting I asked again and was told he was in a meeting. Seriously? Understaffing and lack of cross training seems to be a chronic condition at this location.
