I special ordered a cooktop downdraft because they did not carry it in the store. It did not fit the space I had so I tried to return it, new and in the box. The store told me they have a 48 hour return policy so they would not take it back. Really??? It took my contractor longer than that to get around to installing it!!! Be warned NEVER BUY APPLIANCES from Home Depot. Their return policy is ridiculous!!!
Horrible store. Delivered fridge to our flood damaged home and driver rubbed his hands on our walls and said to my senior mom we were not ready for it. He refused to install it. Loser company.

Colton and his co workers in the tool rental department were amazing! Professional, friendly and beyond helpful. I rented two tile cutters that did not work at home but did in the store- something to do with my electrical source. In the end they set up the machine, let me cut, cleaned it up and did not charge me. I could not have ased for a better experience.
The girl in hardware doesn't need to work there. She didn't want to help anyone and never smiled. She told me and another customer to go over there and look through the drawers to try to find what we were looking for. She said we would have to search for it since the drawers weren't organized...ummm, that is your job to organize the drawers not mine! A manager did finally come over to help me find them but after that experience, Lowe's is probably going to get the majority of my business
