I used to respect this store but now all I can say is this store has NO INTEGRITY !!! Their work ethics are crap and a certain store manager, whom everyone hates, should be fired! I will reveal more later but sadly I won't be getting my annual Christmas tree there anymore :(

So pissed off. Waited an hour for someone to get a ryobi fan that the web site said they had 31. After being abandoned in the tool area I went back to the customer service area (3rd time) and was told someone named Dave was supposed to help me - there was no one there - but that they were looking for the fans but could not find them. Seriously. 31 fans?
