Every single time that I go there, I ask a question I get an answer and location of the item that I am looking for, check out 2 seconds flat, out of there in 5 minutes, what is not to like..!

You get 5 stars because of one person. Cashier Alyssa. She went above and beyond. I wish all your employees could be like her it would be a more enjoyable place to shop.
After 10 minutes of looking for a hard to find item, I became frustrated that I could not get the attention of ANY employee on the floor when they tend to change directions when they think somebody might approach them, I then tried the customer service counter and stood there for at least two minutes while 3 employees stared at a computer screen together and talked among themselves. Not once did anybody ask if I needed help or even make eye contact with me until after I finally found my item on my own and went to pay for it ... read more
