RecommendedGreat customer service! Glad this neighborhood big box store went above and beyond to help me. I mistakenly left some products behind in the cart when I loaded my car and as I went back to the cart I left them in, they was gone. Fair game for my dumb mistake, but I went in and they provided me with a new set of products. I’m very happy with this Home Depot and will be shopping at this one from here on. Shoutouts to customer service team!
Terrible customer service and delivery system. My orders got delay twice without any notice. When I received it some of the bag got damage. Call customer service and they kept transfer me around (on call for more than 2 hours) and they didn’t give any results. One assistant told me that they can not make the decision themselves so I will talk to the manager. And guess what after talking with “the manager” she said that the manager not available. Usually have decent customer service but not today! Needed help getting a fan down from top shelf and asked 2 employees for help and they barely would respond to me. I asked Rick in plumbing and he said he would be back as he rushed by. Waited about 10 minutes and then saw him coming back with another employee. I told my wife "watch him walk right by us" and sure enough he just walked right by not acknowledging me and proceeded to the garden area.
