I have to say that I was highly disappointed with my latest shopping experience. The moment I walked into the store I was approached by what I thought was a Home Depot employee asking me if I needed help finding anything. When I replied yes, the individual showed me where to find the item I was looking for. Once he showed the item, he then proceeded to hit me with a Solar City sales pitch. As many times I go to HomeDepot no matter what I'm looking for, I could stop any employee to help me look for something. They always go out of there way to find it for me! I'm very satisfied and happy to have these people working here! Thanks y'all ��
I just went to Home Depot of Garden Grove and the only person to talk to me for the hour I was there was the self-checkout machine. I even saw the Store Manager walk by me and other shoppers who were also looking for assistance. He was too busy to be bothered.
