I ordered a freezer for work it was supposed to be delivered in 1 week, never came. I called and was told "Oh it was damaged so we sent it back." I then asked when the new one would come and was told "It isn't coming you have to order a new one" !! Meanwhile I cannot order needed vaccines (Dr's Office) because we are waiting on this freezer! To add insult to inury they tried to give me store credit for the freezer I had already paid for! Guess what? We are now getting one from Sears and will never use Home Depot again.
