took an hour to purchase a hot water heater. asked for customer service multiple times, and only got help when i requested a manager. then the employee told us install was 50 dollars. its 500 dollars. water heater on its way back to you. Lowes is my source now. you guys dont have a clue
I prefer Lowe's!!!! They go out of their way to help you there my dollars will be spent at Lowe's home depot employees suck except for a couple of the elderly women in the plumbing department they are awesome and very knowledgeable

Went here looking for a replacement door latch, showed it to the guy working the appropriate area, and asked if they had the latch, he just looked at me and said no, you will have to order it and then walked off. Ok, want to order that for me then? Apparently not. They don't want my money apparently.
