No self parking without a walk two blocks away. In winter this is not good. They advised valet parking, however that's only between 3:00 to 11:00. So when you checkout you are on your own. The heating system was loud. The TV built-in the bathroom mirror had a crackle sound. The hotel bar is only open in the summer.
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and we love it. Steven at the front desk is lovely to deal with. The rooms are so nice and clean. We will be back. Also the warm cookies are delicious!!
Great to see prejudice is still alive and well in 2026. Went in to book a room because my lawyer was next door, the front desk worker immediately assumed I shouldn't be there and gave me a massive attitude so I went somewhere else lmao.
Great views. Good breakfast. Great service.
Location is great for down town Halifax. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are both friendly and extremely helpful
