Poor front desk responsiveness – calls from the room were never answered regardless of the time of day. Staff were unprofessional (one employee was wearing pool sandals with his uniform). The mini-store fridge was never re-stocked once during a five-day stay. Valet service was extremely slow, averaging 45 minutes daily, with no option to call ahead. Couldn't ask for a better location. 1 block from boardwalk, yet also 2 from the pub district. Rooms were clean, affordable. Recommended to family. Get the breakfast included.
Great location and staff. Hotel is clean but could use a little sprucing up.
Very very dirty and unhygienic. Visible dirt, hair, and debris when we checked into the room. The fridge and floor were sticky. No counters had been wiped and the bathroom had hair. I quickly wiped 3 tables and the cloth turned brown (photo). The couch and curtains were visibly stained (with mold) and water damage on the walls and ceiling.
