We had the Hot-Pressed Steak and Chimichurri sandwich today and 'amazing' does not begin to describe this sandwich. The bread was pressed to a perfect golden brown and the flavors of this sandwich were out of this world. If I did not know this was a vegan sandwich, I would have been hard pressed to tell the 'meat' was not meat. I can't wait to try the vegan pepper jack cheese we also got today. Bottom line, I am not vegan, but I can't wait to come back and try more of the sandwiches and meats.
