I frequent the Herbivorous Butcher once a week for a bulk of my eats. Throughout the past year I have noticed a significant change in my life due to my diet. I have been vegan for three years and for the first two, I was pretty lost, and very malnourished. Their products from deli meat and cheeses, to ribs and jerky make me feel whole again. I stopped in to pick up a small variety of things to bring back home (up state) and share. It was hard to decide what to get, but the staff was really helpful and even let me sample some veg cheese! Everything i got is really tasty and not too funky (like some more processed vegan deli slices / tof*rkey) but still really flavorful! And the cheese is awesome; the Herbivorous Butcher earned top-shelf ranking right next to Miyoko's!
