So happy to have a local vegan butcher! Their Korean ribs are fantastic. Great products for transitioning vegans or people looking to cut meat and dairy out of their lives. My meat loving mom even said the ribs tasted like actual meat! Their vegan cheese is the best I've ever tried. I will never eat daiya again! However, I'm disappointed that they choose to use carrageenan as an ingredient. I hope you remove this someday, then your cheese will be perfect!
Really loved the options of vegan friendly items. Most of the staff were friendly. Felt a little rushed at the counter and it was our first time there. Would have liked more input or information on what we were buying. Man helping us just seemed annoyed we didn't know what we wanted, but I will update my review after a second visit.

HB is the vegan mecca!!! I got the amazing Rachel sandwich to go that day plus picked up some of the dill havarti and a few of the Korean ribs for a BBQ with friends that weekend while visiting from FL. Amazing place! I only wish I had access to their stuff now that I'm back home in Ft Myers (hint, hint).
