This place was featured on NPR and when I heard they were in Minneapolis, I got excited bc I could visit while I was in town. My friend was excited too bc she has to lower her meat intake and she'd wanted to try it. My visit was her excuse. The place is clean and all the "meats" and "cheeses" look real. We got the Korean ribs and gouda and made burgers. Soy cheese doesn't melt quite like dairy cheese, but the flavor and texture are very convincing. The "meat" texture came close to real meat, but the flavor was great! The rec... read more

I myself am a meat eater and my teen is a Vegetarian, I was happy to see her find products she enjoyed and I even will admit that the Pastamri was not any different then what I eat. It’s a nice treat for us to drive out that far and get a great product and service and help from great Reps who were knowledgeable and kind. Kudos to your creativity. The Korean Ribs taste very yummy!

Business response:

Amazing options! We bought some "meats" for BBQs in the summer and even let some meat eaters try them ;) Absolutely no complaints and wonderful tastes and textures.

What a joyous and friendly eatery! I got to- go cold cuts and ribs and a deli sandwich (and am literally already planning my next trip back)...the ladies behind the counter were very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish there was one of these in every city! Incredible food as well as concept for any foodie looking for a unique take home or ready made vegan experience.
