They had my daughter under impression she was good to go. She was planning to move in on August 1st. She only found out by calling them on an unrelated issue that she was not approved the day before moving in. This left her homeless 100s of miles from home. The manager Matthew G. would not even call me back. Corporate complaint phone number is 786-899-2954 in case anyone needs it. Now we are currently trying to find my child a place to live!
This place is cheap and all but you get exactly what you pay for. The farther you go back in the buildings, the worse they get. I am in building 8, and have had my toilet not work, light fixture just got fixed after at least 6 months of not working correctly. A/C took more than 3 days to fix because they didn't want to come by "when it was raining". I had to get my shower unclogged and that took more than 2 weeks as well. I don't have many complications with my room itself. However, I was having trouble with the jacuzzi heating up on a Saturday evening, and John from executive pools showed up and had it fixed for us. That showed how attentive he is to his job and how important the residents' satisfaction is to him.
They didn't look at my file even though I completed all my requirements and called several times to make sure everything was good. As a result they moved someone else into my supposedly guaranteed spot and now I have to live with strangers! This is my first experience with the staff!
Cheap nice apartment.. However, I've waited more than 2 months for my 4 maintenance requests to get done. Along with the that, our A/C acts up a lot. As in it freezes over. This has raised our electric bill a lot. It's honestly a good, cheap apartment with not a bad location, it's just very frustrating.
It says rent for a 4br is 429, I pay 459. I had to wait almost two month to finally be moved out of hostile environment. in which I had to hand over 300$ right on the spot to move plus rent at the same time. When I first moved in they said it'd clean or move in as is. There was bugs everywhere took them almost two weeks for termix guy to come. This place is fucking ridiculous, the front desk ppl are always rude & they always tell you they'll take care of the problem but never do. But if you do one wrong little thing like leave your trash out by your door until you leave for the day they decided to call you & all your roommates letting you know they're going to fine you. We still have shitty mattresses, wasps on our balcony, I moved into a dirty room (and I didn't take it as is back in August) our couches are two different colors & all scratched up.
