The staff is super chill and the rates inexpensive. My biggest issue is that the sidewalks become rivers when it rains :/
Good place to live, good maintenance, lovely people around. I have been living here for an year and I faced very few problems and they have been sorted pretty soon.
THE WORST Apartments ever the management sucks they are very rude, and don't care. I've had the leasing manager Matt tell me that he doesn't care about my problems because they are not important to him and completely blow me off. They expect their rent on time every month however when there's an issue or a resident has a problem they don't see it as a priority.
