Great place. Lived here for a year and the staff is always super helpful. They always hook it up with food for the residents.
The office is really helpful and always there whenever you need assistance.
Heights is quite amazing , great staff , great living , great experience for any college student!
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The whole staff always welcomes me with a smile and nothing but good vibes! I honestly have no complaints about this place what so ever. I recommend this place to everybody especially if you're a student!
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE WITHOUT GETTING AN ATTORNEY TO READ THE LEASE FIRST! They have never gotten back to me through my MANY emails I have sent them and when I came in person, the annoying desk girls seemed to know NOTHING of any merit when I asked them about my lease information. I eventually had to take this to the campus attorney for students and she is great help. We have many strategies to get out of this mess these predatory apartments have gotten us into. I am a VERY tolerant and understanding person but litterally have never lived anywhere where the service was so crappy, so many promises to return my calls/ and if you do go there in person there is a very good chance they are not open, you will never get the same two answers to things, I cannot stress enough how terrible it is living there, it's worth the little extra money to go somewhere else, a nightmare I won't soon forget.
Several of my friends have resigned here and I'll be looking forward to joining them in the fall. By the way their office staff is quite professional!
