My son's apartment was broken into. The door jam has still not been fully repaired. Patrick has lived here less than a year and they have changed management companies three times - which means the way you pay the rent has changed three times. It seems like every month it is a scavenger hunt to figure out how to pay them. They do not keep advertised office hours. Office is run by students and the phone is always busy. This place is seriously a joke. My apartment got broke into, and the leasing manager could careless, also the staff is so rude. Their apartments locks are not updated, so its easy for someone to break in, and they will ask you to pay for a new lock. If they updated the locks, I would have no problem paying for it. They just try to take advantage of college students. Also the parking lot is supper dark, and sketchy. Probably one of the worst apartment complex in San Marcos.
Heights 2 is everything that I could ask for from an apartment complex . Maintenance repairs come fast, the people that work in the office are friendly. Glad I was recommended to live here .
Moved from to the village on telluride to here and I absolutely love living at the heights 2!
