RecommendedThe new management is A LOT better than old management! Only things I dislike are worn down furniture/paint jobs since they aren’t redone between leases if someone still lives there.
Very friendly staff & a beautiful pool!
I really enjoy living here. The apartment is a nice size and so it the bedroom & bathroom area. I used to have a bad bug problem at my last apartment. It I have had no bug problem here at all. The only complain would be about maintenance. I put a work order in and even went to the office to get someone to come bc it was important and now one came until a week later. Other than that it's a nice apartment for college.
Move-in day took far too long. I stood outside for at least 3 1/2 hours. Other than that, work orders did not take so long. I would still have to wait some time, but it is understandable considering how many residents live here. Management seemed to always change, but luckily the current management seem to be putting effort into the complex. Overall, the experience was fair.
