Mike is the best! We called him on a Saturday night at 9:30pm and he was at our house within 15 mins troubleshooting our unit. Within an hour he got it up and running again. We are so grateful and will use Mike for all of our future servicing needs! You wont find better customer service than here!Â
Our A/c died on a Wednesday night. I called Mike on Thursday and he was able to come out, give us an estimate and measure for a new unit which he installed on Friday. Very prompt, responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Would use him again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him to others!Â
We called Mike and he came out that same day. Just happened to fit us in before going out to do an install. He looked at our unit, diagnosed the problem, discussed it with us, fixed the problem, and now we are cooling off nicely! Would definitely call him again and recommend him to our friends, neighbors, and family!Â
