My heat went out, and I called The Heating and Air Experts. Mike was able to come out that day and assess the problem, needed a new circuitboard. He returned the next day replaced the part. Thorough Communication at every step and even reminding me that my filter was long overdue to be changed. I would definitely use this company again.Â
I have been using them for a number of years now and if I can help it I won’t use anyone else. Efficient and knowledgeable.Â
Mike is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job maintaining both the furnace and AC systems. When I had an issue with my old carrier system several years ago he was the only person to understand and fix the error codes. Would highly recommend them.Â
They did good work and were easy to work with.Â
