I stayed at the Heathman Lodge several years ago and had great customer service. This time my stay was less than average. I spoke with a front desk person about shuttle ride in 2 days to PDX. She wrote it on a post-it note and assured me she would log it in the book. When I returned to the front desk the day of my departure I was not on the shuttle schedule. The Heathman Lodge was absolutely awesome in support of our Lewis River Rotary Gala Fundraiser April 8th. The wait staff were greatly appreciated, very positive, efficient and competent. I love being able to stay overnight also, sharing a wonderful breakfast with our auction crew the next morning. S & R Kim

We were warmly and energetically welcomed at arrival. Check-in was very prompt & our room well appointed. Ours had two Queen-size beds and there was still abundant room including a couch and large stuffed chair with ottoman. Bathroom was very clean with oatmeal soap & other bath products. My friend forgot her toothbrush and was given one at the front desk with a cute tiny tube of toothpaste. Very much appreciated. Will absolutely stay here again when I am in the area.
