Great Customer Service, and Beautiful landscaped grounds, enjoyed the hallways with Birds chirping as you walk. The Hotel Staff was nice and courteous� I will definitely go again.

We have stayed here several times and it always is an amazing stay. Customer service is top knotch! We hosted my 40th birthday party here last weekend. The Heathman did a fantastic job. The only recommendation would be regarding the bar service for events. Premium vodka was absolut and Premium whiskey was Jack Daniels. Might just be a difference in opinion of what "premium" is. The selections were a tad disappointing to our party. Food was incredible as always and the staff were awesome!

The atmosphere is nice especially for Vancouver. The service was good for anyplace and the food was quite good. I was impressed. We will be back.

Every time we stay in this welcoming hotel the employees are rock stars. Warm greeting, upgraded room and, topper of all, generously helped clear the snow from our truck. Thank you!

We live in Vancouver and were just looking for a decent hotel with an indoor pool for the grandbabies to get out some wiggles during the winter weather. Couldn't beat the rate, the room was large and accommodated 4 of us with plenty of room. The pool was perfect, and the customer service was too! Happy grandbabies, happy Nana! I will keep this in my repertoire! AND, being able to text your requests or questions is very handy!!!
