Our home away from home. The staff is amazing, the service is top notch, the rooms are wonderful and the restaurant is incredible!
DO NOT STAY AT THE HEATHMAN LODGE! They left a shattered TV in my room, which I didn't think was a big deal at the time, since I was just going to sleep & then leave. Which is exactly what I did, after I let them know about the shattered tv. However, even though I checked out the next day without any charges, they still charged me a week later. Having talked to someone named Dillon & Brady, they said that they are refusing to issue a refund since they have a "thorough" room inspection before each guest arrives. Except that t... read more
They were not high tech which is not a problem, and so when asked if they had an hdmi cable so I could hook up my blue ray player I expected a no. But they went out of the way to make sure found an hdmi and anything else we needed. It WA an awesome stay and the staff was a big part of it.
Amazing place to stay! We came from Gig Harbor, Wa for a great family time. I recommend the 4th floor Family suite if you have a couple kiddos, (we have 4)! A little spendy for food, (perfect if doing couple's date night), but a wonderful place to stay! We will definitely stay here whenever we are needing to stay somewhere in the area.
Just got home after our second stay at the Heathman Lodge. We love this hotel and the restaurant is amazing! Do yourself a favor and try the gorgonzola cheesecake appetizer. We travel once a month for work and our two stays at the Heathman have been amazing. Can't wait to come back with family and friends.
