Thank goodness I live on the North side of Houston and have great hospitals to choose from. I wasn’t a patient but came to your hospital to be there for the birth of my nephew’s son. Everyone was extremely rude or totally ignored us when asked questions on how to get where we needed to go. We mostly got a grunt or a finger pointing us in a direction. The waiting room was terrible. There were vending signs with arrows but no vending where the arrows pointed. We had to go all the way to ER to get vending machines and then coul... read more
RecommendedI give the Hospital and the staff a rateing Of a 10, i was so impressed with the Customer service it was excellent. Everyone on the third floor were awesome, i was also treated with respect in the Emergency. HCA I WOULD LIKE TO SAY GREAT JOB YOU GUYS DESERVES A 10. Keep up the good work
21 hrs in the Er with a severed Achilles tendon, unable to walk. was not helped to the bathroom, vitals not checked, had to check my own and it was in the 40s. aid came in and pushed my foot backwards causing MORE damage. instead of doing the surgery to fix the issue they "clean" it and schedule ANOTHER surgery when they could have fixed it then. nurses UPSTAIRS were amazing. some of the best nurses I have ever had. in the ER? better off bleeding out.
RecommendedMindy M. and Joyce are fantastic nurses in the SICU. They were the last two nurses that cared for my father before he passed away. They were both so compassionate toward me. I will never be able to thank them enough.
