Seems to pick and choose who they want to move in. I applied months ago and was told there’s a long wait list for the low income apartments. My friend applied a week or two ago and immediately was moved into a one bedroom apartment. I went to the office to apply again since it seemed there were openings and my income dropped. I was told they haven’t had a one bedroom apartment opening in a while and the wait for a one bedroom low income apartment is 1-2 years. Now, I’m grateful my friend is stably housed. I'm not happy with the up keeping of the building. It's not always clean and can smell bad at times. The residents doesn't clean up after their dogs they let them use it right in front of the entrance to the doors. To my knowledge I thought there was a no dogs policy. Only for two residents with service dogs The dumpster area is always a mess. If these changes were made than the Hamilton would be ok. I don't know what to say about Maintenance 🤔 or the office staff. The new property manager is very kind
Can get email response but no one to pick up the phone when I call the office to turn in my application.No way I'm wasting seventy dollars just for a application fee on a possibility.I read the other reviews it's sad.Its people out here without homes and being played on.Please do better.
