I'm not happy with the up keeping of the building. It's not always clean and can smell bad at times. The residents doesn't clean up after their dogs they let them use it right in front of the entrance to the doors. To my knowledge I thought there was a no dogs policy. Only for two residents with service dogs The dumpster area is always a mess. If these changes were made than the Hamilton would be ok. I don't know what to say about Maintenance 🤔 or the office staff. The new property manager is very kind
Can get email response but no one to pick up the phone when I call the office to turn in my application.No way I'm wasting seventy dollars just for a application fee on a possibility.I read the other reviews it's sad.Its people out here without homes and being played on.Please do better.
Was there to look at a apartment that's very nice. maintenance team is decent. New office manager seems friendly
Apartments are spacious, location is convenient, rent is affordable and property is maintained nicely.
