This was recommended to me by a Lyft driver, as it was my 1st time to DC. Overall, great food, good friendly service. A good dining experience. Couple odd items. I walked in and saw lots of empty tables, so when i was told It would be 1 hour wait for table for 1, I asked about the empty tables and the host said, oh ppl have reservations. Second time I've been st the Hamilton to see the amazing Enter the Haggis! Wonderful performance venue with great food. I enjoyed Haggis hooch and a peach and prosciutto pizza!
FANTASTIC ATMOSPHERE. Cannot stress that enough. We were seated in an enclosed booth and we were instantly smitten by the intimacy and comfort provided. Our waiter was the most courteous I've ever experienced. If you go during the week, 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. (which we did) their sushi is half off and I recommend it.
Great entertainment and spacious inside. My 1st time there and I was impressed. The food was good, but wish I had known we could order from the restaurant upstairs. The menu downstairs was limited and the portions were like appetizers.
I enjoyed a very tasty Po Boy fish sandwich. It was delicious, with lots of fried fish pieces in the sandwich. The truffle fries were also very good. I also tried one of their homemade biscuits with butter. So tasty! I'd recommend this restaurant.
The wings were sooo good. The mambo sauce is the best
Delicious food and wonderful service. Recommend the mac n cheese bites.
