The service was exceptional. The food was very savory and certainly matched the description of our server. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Great food in DC in a casual atmosphere - this is the place to go.
It's a decent venue, but I've been there twice now and both times people talk like they're in a restaurant and it's incredibly annoying when you're listening to music. The food's surprisingly good.

The food and drinks during the Happy Hour at the bar upstairs were excellent. The acoustic show downstairs was unbelievable!
One of the better restaurant's in DC that we have been to in quite awhile, in fact we go frequently now! The service is outstanding, which is very important to me. The food is delicious, every selection we have had we loved! I highly recommend The Hamilton especially to visitors to DC!
