Over booked us (family with two children, arriving after s long journey)looks like it's a regular thing with this hotel) transferred us to nearby hotel for a night we could then check in the next day, think they need to sort out their policies and processes. Customers are obviously just dollar signs.
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ad Agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per la posizione,la gentilezza del personale e la pulizia della camera. Camera con letti comodi,aria condizionata, phon, prodotti da bagno ottimi, borsa per andare in spiaggia e accappatoi. Arredata art deco'. Radio con sveglia molto caratteristica. Piscina comoda l'acqua e' calda per le temperature di miami!! Per tour ci si puo'rivolgere alla reception prezzi onesti. Durante il nostro viaggio di nozze abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel scelto dal Tour operator. Una struttura molto carina ed accogliente, camere spaziose e pulite, bar all'aperto e drink di benvenuto. C'è la possibilità di rilassarsi in piscina oppure direttamente nella vicinissima spiaggia dove l'hotel mette a disposizione dei propri clienti lettini e asciugamani. Consigliato.
Stayed Aug 16-18th (my son's 6th birthday) on holiday from UK. Lovely hotel. Very clean. Pool and bar are lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful would definitely stay again as location is fab, so close to the beach.
one star is more! the rooms have horrible smell not clean the room all day THE EMPLOYER NO COMMENT!
Chambre sale, murs sales, odeur très forte de moisi ..couloir vétuste et sale..je ne recommande pas. Le hall d'entrée laisse présager un ensemble hôtelier top alors qu'il n'en est rien. Personnel agréable cependant.
They canceled our reservations of 3 rooms for July 4th without notice. Rooms were booked on December 2016, we even got the confirmation email. When we got there, they let us know that the room were canceled since January. They left us on the street with 4 children trying to find a place to stay. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
All good but one exception:no coffee maker in room
Personale cordiale, struttura davvero bella e pulita Il tutto a 100 metri dal mare. Non c'è nulla da dire. Complenti.
