If it would be possible to give 0 stars that would even better. We have sent 3 mails and 1 Facebook Messenger message, because the hotel booked $8 from our bankaccount without informing us about this. We want to know why they did this, even though it's only $8. But we don't get any reaction. This is very dissapointing.
Stayed here for 1 night after our touring holiday, was so disappointed after staying in top class hotels throughout our trip, when we arrived we were allocated our rooms nearly everyone who shared the coach trip changed rooms as such a bad damp musty smell in each room, we were given a change of room and the second room was worse than the first, didn't sleep at all, the smell was vile made me feel sick.
