Ladri ! Dopo che sono andata via ho provato a farmi restituire un cappello che avevo dimenticato . Mi hanno preso in giro , non mi hanno più risposto. In più le camere sono sporche, puzza di muffa e piscina sporca ... Zero stelle!
Siamo stati li per la nostra luna di miele, ci hanno dato inizialmente una stanza orrenda con un muro davanti alla finestra, dopo esserci lamentati per l'assurdità della cosa e dopo aver aspettato per più di mezzora ci hanno dato un'altra camera addirittura peggio della prima, puzzava pure di muffa..abbiamo dovuto attendere altre 2 ore perdendo tutto il pomeriggio per poi avere una camera decente..prima di andare via abbiamo dimenticato una cosa in albergo..ci hanno fatto fare decine di chiamate per poi prenderci in giro per... read more
I see people say they enjoyed there stay at The Hall and honestly I cannot believe it. I stayed here for 1 night on the 28th of Sept. before my carnival cruise and honestly I thought it was a decent hotel. the room was spacious, I was not impressed with the decor but I thought to myself it's only for one night. so I booked again for a weekend get away and boy was I in for surprise, the room was booked on Groupon so I already felt penalized for that, they want a $100 dep. for each night � and I booked for 3nights. there's no ... read more
The Hall is a great place to stay for the price it is centrally located and the price is right. However, the service is a bit spotty. They need more staff when the Chef is also the bouncer it’s time to hirer a security guard.
Les prestations extérieures sont très agréables, le hall d entrée est superbe. Mais passé la porte d entrée des chambres.... La première que nous avons eu etait correcte en taille mais salle de bain minuscule, si on coupe la clim odeur de moisi très desagreable. Nous sommes revenus 7 jours après, la chambre était petite avec une vue plongeante sur les poubelles, nous sommes rentré à 1h du matin avec la bonne surprise d avoir une enorme blatte dans la chambre en ouvrant la porte.
