From its not-so-humble beginnings as the home of Carl Hilmer Guenther in 1860, it has been restored into one of the more unique dining experiences in the city. Been going to the Guenther House since it opened... the food is delicious and love the quaint relaxing atmosphere! Always a family favorite!
Amazing breakfast and bakery, the store and museum complete with huge gingerbread house was worth the stop. We got the mixes for homemade biscuits and one for the cream gravy. We made them on New Year's Day, so yummy. Thank you Guenther for suggesting the bread warmer trivit, worked perfect. Will return!
