My internet has gone out multiple times here and they have never offered reduction in rent or any incentive for the inconvenience. They haven't even apologized to the building. The location is TERRIBLE and since they keep that back gate an exit gate only it makes this place real inconvenient live. The maintenance is good compared to other apartments so that helps.
