It's a fun and cool place! The staff is always nice and friendly. The bedrooms are pretty big and there's alot of space in the closets. They also have cool events like the Neon Midnight Black Light Party, The Crawfish Boil, and Grocery Bingo. It's definitely fun college living.
Good size apartments, good rent rates, well kept facilities, and super nice employees!
If you love your student, you will not let them live here. Maintenance is non existent unless you pitch a fit. Haven't given them mail keys and it's almost November. Furniture they promised to replace in September still not there. Good luck if water is overflowing from plumbing problems. Took them a month to fix. Security lights have been out for months. I don't know what their problem is, but don't make your student go through this experienc.
It's finals week and the internet has just gone to hell. People are blasting their music up until 2am in the morning when we got finals in the morning. It's like The Grove is trying to make finals week even worse.
