Demi Holladay is a great manager. She always takes care of any issues me or my roommates had. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any problems that came up while I lived here.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have been living at the Grove Lubbock for almost 3 years and although the rent can be cheap at times, beware. There are exorbitant utility charges that are described by management as “unexplainable glitches” in the resident portal that result in higher charges that can not be pinpointed to an exact origin, slow and incomplete maintenance requests, and the complete inability for the manager to help explain anything having to do with rent fees even when receipts of previous payments of rent in full have bee... read more
The Grove is a Great place to grow and figure out what you want out of life. This is a great starting place when you are on your own for the first time. I wouldn't have picked a better place to start my adult life.
The best part about living at The Grove is the caring attentiveness of the staff. They go above and beyond to see that my needs and wants are met. Upon move in, I submitted a laundry list of maintenance requests, and they were solved to my satisfaction within a day. I feel so welcomed and absolutely love the roommate I was paired with. Talk about attention to detail! - Pros: Loving people, quick response, fast bus to Texas Tech, beautiful amenities. - Cons: No recycling, not close to a normal Citibus line
As a resident and employee, The Grove is a great place to call home. Residents are friendly and the property is on the quieter side. I can personally say we try and keep this property as clean as possible so all amenities ( pool, v-ball court, dog park, etc.) can be enjoyed all day and everyday. If you’re looking for an apartment to call home and wanting a big family vibe, then make The Grove your home!
