They were very honest and did not try to give me a repair job,that was more than I needed. So they can make extra money.The repair job was just what the repair needed. Nothing more. Thank you to The Grout Smith!!!

They were professional in that they showed up on time and answered all of our questions. The installer completed the work perfectly with no mess for us to clean up later.
The price is very high $50 per title. They have promised to take titled out and regroup, but they fixed some of them by injection of glue, other titles that were according to what they promised on the paper work. I have more projects will come this year, I will hire people from Homedepot recommend so that they stand by their commitment. Your web page so a good to convince me to do it. Thank you for your follow up.

All positive. The job was estimated within a couple of days and scheduled for a couple of days later. The men who came and did the work were very professional and did everything in the estimate. We couldn't be happier.
