Great that they came right out and gave a complete free estimate and did a sample of what the tile would look like. Had another contractor scheduled, and canx them when I saw the demo and price, which was competitive, thanks Groutsmith.

They told us that they would clean and use a grout color in the rooms we hired them for. Unfortunately many of the tiles and the grout between them were never touched and others needed to to be retouched.
